Klong Toab is located between the Klong Knong and Klong Nin beaches. Turn sharply to the right after the Shanti Shanti restaurant, and you will get to Klong Toab / Coconut Bay.   Location of the house The villa is located on the eastern coast of the island of Lanta in the Klong Toab area. It stands in the little Coconut Bay in a palm grove with several other villas. The place has a unique atmosphere thanks to its vicinity – private sand beach surrounded by stone cliffs (80 metres from the house), rich vegetation (mixed forest, palm grove, colourfully blossoming bushes), river flowing into the sea and a fascinating view of sunset and islands of Koh Haa and Phi Phi. You can observe closely the life of local fauna – eagles, exotic butterflies and birds, monitor lizards, geckos, fish, crabs and many other species. The bay is separated from the main road by dense vegetation, which provides peace and privacy. On a cliff above the beach, there is a modern restaurant with a view of the sea and sunset. Two hundred metres from the house, you can visit the famous stylish restaurant on piles, Shanti Shanti. A motorcycle rental company and taxi and tuk-tuk stands are less than a hundred metres from the house.   House The house is a half of a three-storey double-villa with the area of 220 square metres with the capacity of 6 adult guests and 2 children. On the ground floor, there is a roofed shared terrace, swimming pool with a shower, sitting area and deckchairs. Another shared area of the house consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, toilet and staircase. On the same floor, there is also an air-conditioned bedroom with its own bathroom and toilet. On the first floor, there is a spacious air-conditioned bedroom whose sliding door opens to a terrace with a great view of the sea, palm grove, forest, river and sunset. The bedroom contains a separate children’s room (a 160-centimetre bed), dressing room and bathroom with toilet. The second floor is accessed via a spiral staircase. There is another air-conditioned bedroom of the same arrangement as on the first floor, with the bed in the children’s room having 190 centimetres. The terrace on this floor offers really breath-taking views of the beautiful surroundings. The house stands in a garden with gear for outside barbecue.   Equipment House near the beach, view of the sea and sunset, garden, parking, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, bed linen and towels, cleaning service, three terraces, private swimming pool 3 x 6 metres, shared swimming pool 11 x 5 metres, roofed sitting area, outside kitchen, grill, TV, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, big fridge with freezer, oven and cooking plate, microwave oven, outdoor sunbeds, deckchairs, cloth dryers. The house area is 220 m2; six adult guests sleep in three large double beds (2 x 2 metres). Children’s rooms with beds 160 centimetres and 190 centimetres long. Nearest beach: 80 metres Beds are ready with clean linen upon check-in; 1 towel and 2 bath towels for each guest. Cleaning is done once a week by a cleaning company (on Tuesdays, approximately from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.). Complete cleaning including replacement of bed linen, towels and bath towels. Notice: We do not provide catering. Please, do not smoke inside the apartment. Upon check-in and check-out, electrometer readings are taken. Clients pay the total electricity  and water consumption. The price is similar to the European price (10 BHT/KWh,150BHT/1m3) The payment will be made in cash upon check-out. Upon check-in, the security deposit in the amount of 10.000 BHT (or an equivalent in another currency) is to be paid. This security deposit will be returned upon check-out. Any damage caused will be deducted from the security deposit.   PRICELIST
